I cut my teeth (and lost my hair) at a variety of integrated advertising agencies around Chicago as a copywriter, creative director and director of user experience. I introduced and fostered the discipline of experience design at several marketing communication shops, helping them more effectively pursue digital projects and improve creative output.
I've been on my own since 2001, commuting from the home of Bell's beer, Derek Jeter, the Verve Pipe and Bilbo's Pizza since 2006.
Tactically, I have done just about everything. My work has been recognized for excellence in the food service, financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing fields with several Web Marketing Awards, Global Awards and a gold In-Awe Award, among other accolades.
